They copied and pasted my e-mail and answered only two (sub)questions in an attachment which seems to have been churned straight out of their systems! I replied requesting an internal review, to which they answered apologising for their incompetence, informing me that they have the data and that they are in the process of collating it. That was about 10 days ago; Nothing since. I've been really busy last month (hence the lack of updates here) but my next post will be about this! I promise to work on this even if I need to go to the Information Commissioner's Office. Their incompetence is just so annoying! Thanks, Dave Hi Stuart and James,

I'd be very surprised if they don't have the information though, as this would mean that something's really really wrong with their plans...
